The Alabama Board of Pardons and Parole voted Tuesday to keep Olin Grimsley in prison. Grimsley was convicted of robbery for his role in a crime that led to the 1990 death of Ella Foy Riley in Abbeville. A codefendant, Willie McNair, was put to death last year for his role in the crime.
