TUSCALOOSA, Alabama -- A woman taken into custody this morning following a shooting at a Lake Tuscaloosa boat landing has been charged with murder in the death of her ex-husband.
Tuscaloosa County Sheriff Ted Sexton said the sheriff's office received a 911 call at approximately 8:03 a.m. from Tracey Grissom, 30. Grissom said she had just shot her ex-husband Hunter Daniel Grissom at the Binion Creek boat landing, Sexton said.
The first deputy responding to the scene took Tracey Grissom into custody, Sexton said. Deputies found Hunter Daniel Grissom, 28, laying face down next to his vehicle in the parking lot of the boat landing off Highway 43 North.
