MOBILE, Alabama — A Foley man accused of running a crack cocaine ring out of his mother’s home pleaded guilty in Mobile last week to a federal drug charge.
Jesse Andre Heard, 27, was among 19 people charged in multiple indictments earlier this year.
Prosecutors contend that surveillance and interviews indicated that the house on East Franklin Avenue in the Aaronville community was the site of some 50 drug deals a day between February 2011 and the end of March this year.
