MOBILE, Alabama -- Five lucky felines were saved by firefighters today after getting trapped in a fire that caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to a home on Taylor Avenue.
The cats were rescued by firefighters and firemedics responding to the home at 2310 Taylor Avenue. Once outside the home, they were given oxygen by firemedics using special masks designated for animals.
