Mrs. Lucille Williams McGraw, 99, of Andalusia, passed away Thursday March 21, 2013 in the Andalusia Manor.

Graveside services will be at 2 PM Friday March 22, 2013 at Magnolia Cemetery with Rev. Tim Trent officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. The visitation will take place at the cemetery.

Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne McGraw Hedges of Andalusia; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Paul and Barbara McGraw; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, of 62 years, Auburn McGraw, her parents, William Henry and Mary Elizabeth Williams, and 11 siblings.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Andalusia or Comfort Care Hospice.

Mrs. Mary Ruth Wilson, 82, of Andalusia, passed away Monday March 18, 2013 in the Andalusia Manor nursing facility.

Funeral services will be at 3:30 PM Thursday March 21, 2013 from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Walker officiating, interment will follow in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be at 2:30 PM Thursday at Foreman Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, James Wilson of Andalusia; her sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Darice Wilson of Augusta, GA and Terry and Mia Wilson of Andalusia; her daughters and son-in-law, Phyllis and Olin Farris and Brenda Glidewell of Andalusia; four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; a sister, Margie Drake of Thomaston, GA.

Pallbearers will be Taylor Cobb, Triston Cobb, Derek Glidewell, Shannon Bryant, Bruce Chance, and Logan Cobb.

Mr. Julius Ike Bass, age 66, of the Carolina community, passed away Monday March 18, 2013 at his residence.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM Thursday from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor John Hunt officiating, interment will follow in Carolina Cemetery. Visitation will be at 1 PM Thursday at Foreman Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Faye Bass of Andalusia; his daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Chris Maraman of Wetumpka, Tammy Bass and Derek Prescottof Opp, and Tony and Scott Williams of Demopolis, AL; his sons and daughters-in-law, Waymon Julius Bass, John and Tammy Butts of Andalusia, and Frank and Debbie Butts of Red Level; 16 granchildren, 11 great grandchildren; two sisters and brother-in-law, Elvira and Charlie Baker of Tallassee, AL and Hazel Huckabaa of Andalusia. A special friend, Johnny Nichols.

He is preceded in death by his sisters, Betty Jean Huckabaa, Christine Smith, Voncile McCart; a brother, James Irvin “Spud” Bass; a son-in-law, Randall Keith Walden; and grandson, Little Mack William Byrd, Jr.

Mrs. Alice Lake Grantham Tillman, age 88 of Eufaula, formerly of Clio passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013 in the Crowne Health Rehabilitation in Eufaula.

 

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Parkview Baptist Church in Eufaula. Rev. Glen Brock will officiate. Eulogies will be given by her granddaughter, Kymberly Carpenter-Keahey and a family friend, Charlie Belflower. Her favorite poem will be read by her grandson, Jake Woodham. Special music will be provided by Lisa Garrett. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery in the Arguta Community with Keahey Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at Keahey Funeral Home in Clio.

Mrs. Myrtle Brooks Boyette, known ad “Aunt Mutt”, 95, of Andalusia, passed away Saturday March 16, 2013 in the Andalusia Hospital.

 

Funeral services will be at 10 AM Tuesday March 19th from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Harmony Cemetery. Rev. Ed Ganus will officiate the service. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Monday at Foreman Funeral Home.

 

“Aunt Mutt” retired from Southern Life and Health in Mobile, AL after 37 years of service. She was an active and spirited lady up until her final day.

 

Survivors include her sister, Hazel Adams of Andalusia; her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Brooks of Lake Martin and Elsie (J. T.) Garnett of Crestview, FL; a host of nieces and nephews; and her special friends at Savannah Terrace Assisted Living.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband, D. B. Boyette; brother, Donnie Brooks; and a sister, Thelma Davis.

 

Pallbearers will be Scott Hicks, Tindell Adams, Chan Adams, Chris Brownlee, Lannie Brooks, Chad Brooks.

 

Honorary Pallbearers will be Neil Hicks, Andrew Adams, and Roan Adams.

Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his son Stephen Eugene Moore.

Mr. Norsworthy is survived by wife, Louise Norsworthy of Andalusia, one son, Tracy (Karen) Norsworthy; two daughters, Terri Robinson (Joel Rodney) and Becky (Kenneth) Davis; three grandchildren, Ann-Marie (Michael) Sullivan, Matthew Robinson, and Lee (Miranda) Norsworthy; four great-grandchildren, Fiona Sullivan, Rowynn Sullivan, Egan Sullivan, and Lillian Norsworthy, and one sister, Carolyn (Bob) Stone.
